Physical-production checklist

Bleed, folds & cutting

Outer perimeter: bleed extends beyond the finished black trim edge and is removed when you cut the card.
Internal panel boundaries: these are folds, not trim edges. Do not create a white gap at a fold; continuous artwork should continue through it unless the design intentionally changes there.
Cut marks vs. fold marks: outer cut marks identify the finished perimeter. Fold/score marks sit outside the finished card at each internal boundary so the fold location remains visible after trimming.

Preflight checklist

1. Background reaches every intended edge.
2. Important text stays away from folds and trim.
3. Uploaded images meet the resolution warning.
4. Final size readout matches the case preset.
5. Print at 100% / Actual Size.
6. Test one physical copy before a batch.
Ready.

Physical-size protection: Print-ready PDF uses a US Letter page with the insert placed at its exact case dimensions. Choose 100% / Actual Size whenever possible. The separate Trim-size PDF may be enlarged by printer “Fit” settings because its page is intentionally cropped close to the artwork.
